Pinto International is an exclusive, privately-owned company. With over 30 years of dealing with Overseas markets, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and personal service.
Unlike many companies, Pinto International is not just about sales. We are happy to be with you from the planning stage right through to the completion of the purchase. Our involvement doesn’t just end there though and with our full-after sales services we will be happy to continue advising on all aspects for as long as required.

At Pinto International we do not believe in heavily discounted or subsidised inspection trips which often lead to people being pressurised or being supplied by substandard or inaccurate advice. Instead we look to arrange a tailor-made visit for our clients so there are no surprises as to what they will be going to see.

Spain is our market...
We are fluent Spanish-speakers and handle almost all of our transactions in Spanish, including negotiations and presentations at the highest level.
Doing it properly...
We insist that purchasers use a fully-qualified lawyer versed in the requirements of Spanish real estate.
We have available a number of specialist Spanish lawyers for use by clients but, if clients wish to use their own lawyers, we will happily liaise with their lawyers throughout the purchase process.

The reason is simple...
How can the majority of potential purchasers abroad attend an Exhibition during a weekend, probably meeting agents for the first time, then be whisked off to Spain or elsewhere within a few days in order to buy?
We like to give time for both parties to know each other and feel trust and confidence in the people and the process, before embarking on visits abroad.
The majority of this early stage for us is listening, not talking, because this is how we learn the needs and aspirations of potential clients.
